Getting started

Choose Help > Inkwrite Help in the app for the canvas keys, the expression language and the code targets. Help > Welcome to Inkwrite can open a sample document.

Purchases

Free trial: 14 days of everything, once per Apple Account. It never charges you; choose a plan when it ends.
Plans: monthly or yearly subscriptions, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Without one, your documents still open, read-only.
Restoring: on a new Mac, open Inkwrite > Inkwrite Pro… and click Restore Purchases.
Cancelling a subscription: in the App Store, click your name, then Account Settings, then Subscriptions. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
